You may have heard a new term frequently used in 2020 government announcements: The Blue Economy. It was certainly a first for me! The more I would hear about it, the more eager I became to learn about it and understand what it would mean for those of us who spend time thinking about Canada’s oceans and Canadian electricity generation.
